How do i get into the habit of taking showers more and get rid of spots.?

Yes i do have spots and i only shower about 2 times a week and some people have answered this and said get a girl, but i cant get a girl because i have spots and because i dont wash alot i get spots.

Try to get up every morning and take a nice warm shower, it wakes you up pretty well, probably a good way to get into the habit. If you have no reason to get up in the morning I would say you need a job.
